Product Availability

Products and prices shown on this website are for supply within New Zealand only.

Orders cannot be reduced or altered in any way once they have been confirmed and production has commenced.

Items for sale on this website are subject to stock availability. We will always plan to supply your order in its entirety and as quickly as possible, there may be times that we may not be able to do so. In such cases, you will be advised as soon as possible.

Product Specifications

We may change specifications, colours or materials shown on this website - or withdraw products without prior notice, disregarding the fact that any orders may have been already placed and/or confirmed at the time of that specification amendment. In such a case we will, of course, advise you as soon as possible and make contact with you to discuss your options.

Actual product sample, wood or colours may not match your computer monitor. Therefore we can not guarantee that the colour of the products will match the colour definition of your computer monitor.

We aim at all times to ensure that all specifications are correct and up to date however, if there is a mistake made, we reserve the right to amend such information, as soon as the inaccurancy is noted.


We work with reliable transport companies in order to deliver your order within three to four weeks of order placement/payment. An apprioximative timeframe will be advised on reception of your order. Once your order is completed we will be in touch to arrange delivery at a suitable time.

Shipping costs

Delivery charges apply on orders nationwide. Additional charges will apply on rural deliveries.
When ordering multiple items via Webshop, the calculation of the shipping costs can be too high, as we can mostly pack your items more compact, than the system can calcuclate. If you wish a personalised freight quote please ring us with your full address.


All prices are shown in New Zealand Dollars and exclude GST.
The amount you will pay will be based on the current prices displayed on this website at the time you submit your order. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Should any prices be displayed $0.00 this will be due to a techincal error in our website and would appreciate if you call us on 0800 777 823 to confirm a price.

Additional costs for freight apply. If you wish a personalised quote for freight please contact us and we will send the information to you.

Payment Terms 

Payment is required at the time your order is placed and confirmed by us.  Payment may be made by way of direct credit to our bank account and the payment methods specified in the webshop. Payment is required in full at time of pruchase. Special terms and conditions apply for large volume orders and will be specified at the time of your order. Deposits may be required.


Returns & Refunds

Should you receive goods that are not in good condition they will be repaired or replaced after consultation with us. Products that may haven been received damaged due to freight damage will be repaired or replaced subject to discussion and conclusion of point of damage. Should you have signed for the product as received in good condition, unfortunately you have voided the opportunity to claim for any freight damage. No claims will be accepted after five (5) days from the date of delivery. All claims must be made in writing and forwarded to info@spruceup.co.nz

As most of our items are custom made any refunds are at our discretion -please contact immediately so we can find the best solution together. Refunds for the value of the product. No refunds will be made for any freight and/or any other costs.
